What is the price for a custom polo jersey?

Sublimated Polo Jerseys (With PoloGear Logos next to the plaque and on the sleeves):

$225 for a single jersey; $175 per jersey for orders of 2 to 7; or $145 per jersey for orders of 8 or more in the same design.

Without PoloGear Logos:

$245 for a single jersey; $195 per jersey for orders of 2 to 7; or $165 per jersey for orders of 8 or more.

We also offer long-sleeve jerseys. Contact us to get a quote on these.

Why do you charge a design fee?

We charge a one-time design fee of $159. This fee covers up to 3 hours of dedicated work from our professional design team to create high-impact graphics, logo placement, and custom color schemes.

Once your design is approved, it is stored in our system for life, making future reorders seamless and fee-free.

What material are the polo jerseys made of?

We use our proprietary KwikDri™ Space Age Fabric (145g/m²).

Unlike standard polyester or cotton, this material features a "hard finish" that reflects light and a high-twist spun yarn that provides mechanical stretch without the use of Lycra®.

This ensures the jersey never loses its shape, stays cool under pressure, and feels like silk against the skin.

Vastly superior to standard polyester, our advanced KwikDri™ technology delivers rapid-dry performance and adaptive thermal regulation, making it the ideal all-weather layering garment for competitive play.

Our high-performance KwikDri™ fabric features:

Are there any limitations to the design?

With our advanced dye-sublimation, there are virtually no limits to your creativity. We can execute complex patterns, vibrant gradients, and unlimited sponsor logos on your polo jersey.

How long does the process take?

The design phase typically takes between 1 to 30 days depending on your feedback speed. Once the final artwork is approved and the deposit is received, our standard production turnaround is approximately 15 working days.
