Normal Service: Polo Gear ships all orders through FedEx. FedEx provides our customers with best of class delivery anywhere in the United States or the world. Polo Gear and FedEx have entered into a strategic alliance to ship all our domestic and international packages. Packages may be shipped surface (ground) to the US and Canada, or by Expedited Services and 3-5 Business Day in the US, or International Priority to Canada and the rest of the world.

Rush Service: Expedite FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Overnight Services are available. 

Foreign Shipments: Polo Gear ships daily around the globe. All foreign shipments are sent FedEx international economy. This ensures guaranteed and insured 4-6 day delivery to most locations throughout the world.  At the time of purchase, shipping charges will be billed with the merchandise purchase. Local taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility at the time of delivery. FedEx does deliver to P.O. Boxes by selecting FedEx Economy (Smart Post).

CUSTOM ORDERS

Allow adequate time for custom orders. This will vary by product. All internet custom orders require a full payment with the order.  Phone/On-Site custom orders will be charged for the complete order plus shipping upon completion.  Custom and personalized merchandise are non-returnable. All sizes, spelling, and details should be checked and confirmed in writing at the time of order.
